Phoebe is as honest as they come. She is easy to run and will surely take you to the pay window. She has won with every previous owner, as well as myself.
She would excel at the college rodeos and help you on your way to the pro level as well. Phoebe has won money in the Southeastern and Great Lakes circuits. Phoebe is an easy keeper and easy to keep in shape. Regular maintenance, everything is up to date. She is currently in shape and winning!
